Biochemical and molecular studies on different genes involved in carbohydrate metabolism particularly with regard to cold-induced sweetening in the potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) tubers, Inhibition of gene functions in potato through transgenics, Isolation and functional characterization of tuber-specific gene promoters, Genetic diversity of bio-diesel crop (Jatropha curcas L.), Nanobiotechnology.
